Growing up in Panama, I enjoyed drinking sorrel - a Caribbean Hibiscus beverage - during the holiday season! In fact, it’s a drink typically enjoyed at any celebration. Brewed with fresh ginger, cinnamon, clove, and allspice, then sweetened and served over ice, it’s incredibly delicious! 

Now that it’s snickerdoodle season and the holidays are here, why not combine the two? Imagine the same delightful snickerdoodle flavor topped with sorrel sugar! This combination is a fan favorite at every holiday market!
