Coffee is LIFE! Especially in a Panamanian household and at the bodegas! So much so, this cookie was created. Chunky bites of Valrhona Café Noir and Dark Caraibe, with creamy bits of malted Ivoire (the leche) to give you that feeling of a perfectly balanced café con leche feel!
Ingredients: All-purpose unbleached flour, brown sugar, unsalted butter, organic eggs, Café Duran espresso powder, Mexican Vanilla paste, Valrhona Chocolates.
